Set up filamentous fungi and yeast culture media in Sabouraud agar.

A. Of yeast.- TTake a sample of a yeast colony and set up a subculture in Sabouraud agar using an isolation technique. To be precise streak it as explained in the accompanying figure. Incubate at room temperature (in the laboratory cupboard).

B. Of filamentous fungi.- Take a fragment of a colony of one of the filamentous fungi supplied (Aspergillus;. Fusarium; Alternaria; Cladosporium) of approximately 0.5 x 0.5 mm and transfer it to the center of a Petri dish with Sabouraud agar. 3 equally spaced pricks can also be made. Incubate at room temperature (in the laboratory cupboard).
